Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect. We collect information you voluntarily provide through our intake form, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL. We may also collect standard usage data through analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information. We use your information solely to respond to your project inquiry, deliver services you have requested, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies. Our website uses essential cookies to improve functionality. You may decline non-essential cookies using the banner at the bottom of this page. By accepting cookies, you consent to our use of analytics tools to understand site traffic.

4. Data Retention. We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for or as required by applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services. We use Google Forms for intake and Netlify for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies which govern their data practices.

Legal

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Services. Berri Co. provides website design, redesign, and AI chatbot integration services as described in our service packages. All services are subject to a signed service agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit.

2. Payment. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery. Late payment may result in the site being taken offline.

3. Revisions. Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at $50 per round. Scope changes after project commencement may incur additional fees.

4. Ownership. Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all website content they provided. Berri Co. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities. The client is responsible for providing accurate content, licensed images, and timely responses. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability. Berri Co.'s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost business, or indirect damages.

7. Cancellation. The 50% deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. If Berri Co. cancels for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 5 business days.

8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication, then mediation before legal action.
